The Longwood Alliance, Middle Island Civic Association, Boy Scout Troop 433 and TOB 4th District Councilwoman Connie Kepert co-sponsored the 5th Annual Memorial Day Ceremony at Bartlett Pond Park. We honored and remembered our war dead and four recently departed Longwood Veterans: Patrick Accardi, Angelo Masino, Albert Pinelli and Michelle Small-Lanehart. Family members recalled their loved ones and placed wreaths at their monuments. It was a beautiful day filled with beautiful people and beautiful memories.
