On Saturday, November 11th, the Longwood Community united for a wonderful Veterans Day and Name Unveiling Ceremony at Bartlett Pond Park in Middle Island. Many thanks to all who attended, participated and sponsored this special event.

Our third and final summer concert was a great one, featuring Beatles cover band Penny Lane on Sat, Aug 19th.  Our co-hosts, the MIFD, had the picnic grounds looking wonderful, and the weather was perfect. Many thanks to SC Legislator Sarah Anker for her generous omnibus grant that made this event possible.
