Our 70s Rock Parade Concert was worth waiting for! Sunday, July 14th was nice and dry at the MIFD HQ picnic grounds. Leg. Chad Lennon’s aide Quentin Palifka and the MIFD Girls Choir lead us in the Pledge, Anthem and a Moment of Silence to pray for the end to violence in our nation and world. Then it was time to Rock On for Peace, Love & Understanding! Many thanks to all who attended and the great staffs at MIFD and SC Legislature. Kudos to the boys in the band, who covered everything from “Radar Love” to “Let It Roll” superbly!
